A Movie I’m watching

Cabin In The Woods (2011) Horror, Comedy (IMDb, Netflix)

I spent the first half of this week watching a couple of horror movies. And oh, was I not ready for this. Cabin In The Woods takes on the horror genre with an entirely different approach you’d never see it coming. Ever wondered why horrible things happen to horror movie characters?

Is it because the genre demands it?

A little obvious. Or…

Is it just a consequence of the decisions the characters make?

OR
Is someone else pulling the strings from behind the scenes?

Another obvious answer. But the movie makes you consider these questions. It’s not a perfect movie but it’s so outlandish I’d recommend it to you all.

A Series I’m watching

The Recruit Season 1, Episode 5 (IMDb, Netflix)

This is far from the usual type of show I’d pay attention to but, it’s turned out to be quite fun. It’s not bad nor is it on the level of top-rated tv series. However, if you’re looking for something to binge while you kick back and relax this weekend, give this a shot. The plot is not overly complicated and the story is easy to follow.

Yes! Season 2 is out! So glad I finished season 1 recently cause the story is still fresh in my mind. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for us in season 2!

This is a big reveal. I have been keeping a secret, and it is time to let the cat out of the bag!

I’m thrilled to share I have a YouTube channel! I started last year, on 6th March 2022 and I’ve just begun taking it seriously over the past few months.

I didn’t want to make it public without having enough content on the channel to take you through a journey. But now I do 😁.

So, what kind of YouTube Channel is it, Michael? I’m sure you are asking.

Currently, the channel is a way to capture my experience in Ireland so far and in the future while offering this experience, perspective and advice to viewers. I am hoping that by posting these videos regularly, I can help those planning to study or live in Ireland, navigate their way through its ups and downs.

But more so, I love movies, books, tech and anything else you can throw in that mix. And I intend to talk about the things I love on the channel. But later on.

Right now, I’m just trying to identify as a “YouTuber” while offering value to viewers.

The main goal is to create valuable and engaging content that will inform and inspire viewers.
